Located in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, our team successfully completed the refurbishment on a 56,995 sq ft existing office building to create a modern educational facility for Martin’s Properties.

The transformation involved a comprehensive internal reconfiguration to convert the office block into a fully equipped school. The new layout includes purpose-built classrooms, toilet blocks, meeting rooms, medical rooms, and administrative offices — all designed to support a high-quality learning environment.

Externally, the project featured the installation of a new Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) pitch, secure fencing, paving, surfacing, and extensive landscaping works. These enhancements not only improved the functionality of the site but also provided a clean, aesthetic finish that complements the surrounding environment.
