Located in the Halford area of Birmingham, our team carried out a full refurbishment of an existing container unit through a comprehensive dilapidation and fit-out process.

The works included a complete strip-out of all existing elements, followed by re-plastering, full internal decoration, and the installation of new lighting and air conditioning systems to bring the unit up to a modern, functional standard.

In addition to the internal improvements, we completed minor external works, including soft landscaping and upgrades to the existing car park to enhance the overall appearance and accessibility of the site.

This project demonstrates our ability to transform compact and previously underutilised spaces into refreshed, efficient environments ready for future use.
