STEPS – Park School

We successfully delivered a full refurbishment of an existing school building in the West Oxfordshire district on a fast-track programme. The building, which had been out of use for some time, was completely stripped back to its shell, including removal of internal walls, floors, and ceilings.

The internal space was reimagined and rebuilt to create a modern, functional educational environment. Works included the construction of new, elegant classrooms, breakout rooms, meeting spaces, a fully equipped assembly hall, and a commercial-grade kitchen. Every element was designed to support a dynamic and inclusive learning experience.

Externally, we undertook comprehensive improvement works, including the installation of a new car park, dedicated play areas, accessible ramps, and extensive landscaping to enhance the overall environment and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.

Delivered to a high standard and within a tight programme, this project has transformed a disused building into a vibrant and fully operational school facility.
