Located in the picturesque village of Coxbench, Derbyshire, our team carried out a full refurbishment of an existing residential property to create a high-quality, accessible living space.

The project involved a complete internal strip-out and reconfiguration to accommodate a bespoke disabled adaptation. Key features include the installation of a specialist hoist system, along with the creation of new bedrooms, living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated hydrotherapy pool to support therapeutic needs.

Externally, we delivered a range of enhancements including a new resin driveway, a newly constructed porch, and soft landscaping works to improve both the functionality and curb appeal of the property.
